Meet the Otto Shop

Otto has worked in communications for more than 25 years. With a background in various senior roles at Amazon Web Services, Intel, and Microsoft, Otto brings expertise in external, executive, and internal communications for the technology industry. A trained journalist, Otto has knack for developing creative storylines and narratives that land with the right audience. Otto calls Bellevue, WA home, but loves to travel and always has time to taste enjoy great cuisine and a good glass of red wine.

Denise brings her vibrant energy and insightful strategy to the Otto Group. With 25 years of experience in brand marketing, product launches, GTM strategy, and negotiating strategic partnerships, she positions clients in the best place possible to reach their KPIs and revenue goals. She has partnered with Microsoft, the Seattle Seahawks, Costco, and the US EPA's ENERGY STAR. Denise embraces her Cajun roots but considers herself a PNW native, having lived in Seattle since age six. She loves relaxing on a deck with a great view, a glass of wine, and a book—preferably from a hammock.

As a travel journalist and international tour guide formerly with Rick Steves, Sarah has built a large social media following that powers her own tour company, Adventures with Sarah. She brings a deep understanding of the social media landscape, online community building and branding. Her expertise helps clients focus on appropriate platforms and cultivate genuine, engaging messaging to the right audience.

When Sarah isn't sipping wine in Rome, driving like a Sicilian, or snorkeling with her groups in Thailand, she hangs her backpack in Seattle, WA.

Mischa brings his more than 30 years of experience as a radio and television journalist to the Otto Group to partner and advise in the Change Management practice. As the co-founder of the Loods voor Verandering, a change management company in the Netherlands, Mischa and his team will be an international partner to help clients communicate and strategize on their digital transformation journey. Mischa resides in Rolde, the Netherlands with his wife Henriette and their two sons. On weekends you can find him chasing the little white ball on the links on various courses.
